Rebecca Hill

Green & Co is the passion of Rebecca Hill who prides herself on being down to earth, empathetic and approachable. After 30 years in Property sales and management she understands the processes, laws, market and the needs of both Landlords and Tenants. 

Rebecca wants the experience you have with Green & Co to be the antithesis of the worst types of agents out there and prove that there are people in the Real Estate industry because they have a passion for property, people and genuine care for Landlords and tenants.

From the inception of the business Rebecca wanted to grow sustainably, reducing environmental costs by using social media and online services to organically grow. She has sourced marketing boards that can be re-used and avoids stuffing letterboxes with endless flyers people just throw away. The office is close to being paperless and she has embraced technology that reduces the need for printing. Staff members work from home to reduce on commuting and to offer them a flexible working environment. In 2023 Rebecca purchased an electric car to also reduce emissions whilst on the road.

Sarah Clinch

Sarah Clinch joined the team in January 2023, she and Rebecca had previously worked together and formed a strong bond based on ethics and the same drive for friendly and exceptional service. Sarah currently provides accounting and administrative support to the business as the Office and Accounts Manager. Sarah has worked in the Real Estate industry in Sydney and Brisbane since 2014.
